Other information

During the process of considering your application for employment, Zest Recruitment Ltd may require you to attend a personal assessment session at which you will respond to a number of selected questionnaires that will identify some of your personal qualities, occupational interests and aptitudes and personality style.

If you are required to attend an interview with Zest Recruitment Ltd, information provided by you at interview may be recorded in your personal file and used to prepare a report in support of your application for presentation to the client of Zest Recruitment Ltd that has been identified to you.

At the conclusion of the assignment for which you are being considered, you will be offered a complimentary feedback report that will summarise the information that you will have provided in your responses to the various tests if applicable.
